Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 15, 2026

We want everyone to be able to use this website. We build it to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.

What we've done

  • Pause buttons: the background video at the top of the home page and the moving photos each have a pause button. The moving row of facts under the hero on phones pauses while you hold a finger on it, and keyboard users get a pause button when they tab to it.
  • Readable text: words have strong contrast against their background, including over the video, where a soft shade sits behind them.
  • Less motion: if your device asks for reduced motion, the animations stay still and the video doesn't play.
  • No harsh flashing: nothing on this website flashes more than three times a second.
  • Keyboard and screen readers: every link, button and form field works with a keyboard and has a clear name. A "Skip to content" link jumps past the menu.
  • Images: photos have text descriptions. Decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
  • Plain words: words that may be new to you, like HYROX, have a short explanation you can open by pressing them.
  • Easy to tap: buttons and links are large enough to tap on a phone.
  • Forms: each field has a label, and errors say what to fix.
  • Before and after photo: two buttons under the photo, Before and After, switch it. They work with a mouse, a finger or a keyboard.

How we check

  • We test every page with automated accessibility checks and by hand, on phones and computers, before each update goes live.
  • Class booking and member accounts run on MindBody, which has its own accessibility support.
