- Phone calls, texts and emails: what you tell us when you reach out. This website does not record or store calls.
Information collected automatically
- Basic visit details. When a page loads, our web host (Vercel) receives:
- your IP address;
- your browser and device type;
- the page you asked for, and the time.

- They use no cookies. To count each visitor once a day, Vercel makes a code from your visit and deletes it after 24 hours.

- follow the law.
We never use your information to make automatic decisions about you.

5. Cookies and tracking
Our own cookies
- We use a few. Each one is listed in our Cookie Notice.
Other companies' tools
- We don't let other companies track you across websites through ours.
- Google Analytics saves its own cookies to count visits. It is not used for ads.
- Our welcome video comes from YouTube. Google may save its own cookies once you press play.
"Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control
- "Do Not Track" is a browser setting with no agreed standard, so this website doesn't respond to it.
- We don't sell or share data for ads. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don't load Google Analytics.
6. How long we keep it
- Messages and form entries: as long as we need them to help you and keep business records.
- Visit counts: Google Analytics keeps visit details for no more than 14 months, then deletes them. Vercel keeps only anonymous totals, and its daily visitor code is deleted after 24 hours.
7. How we protect it
- This website loads only over a secure, encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- Only people and service providers who need your information can see it.
- No system is perfectly secure. If a data breach affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.
8. Your rights and choices
Wherever you live, you can ask us to
- show you the personal information we have about you;
- send you a copy;
- fix anything that's wrong;
- delete it;
- stop using it for anything you didn't agree to.
How to ask
- Email info@fitcampla.com or call (562) 673-4646.
- We'll check it's really you before we act.
- We'll answer within 45 days.
Someone else may ask for you if you give them written permission. Asking never changes how we treat you.
If we say no
- Reply to our answer with the word "appeal".
- We'll answer in writing within 60 days.
- If you're still not happy, you can contact your state's attorney general.
Other choices
- Visit counts: you can block Google Analytics with your browser's privacy settings, by turning on Global Privacy Control, or with Google's opt-out add-on (opens in a new tab). Vercel's counts use no cookies and are anonymous. This website works the same either way.
9. Children
- This website is for adults. It is not meant for children under 13.
- We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
- If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
- When we change this policy, we change the "Last updated" date at the top.
- If a change is important, we'll also post a notice on our home page.
- Ask us if you'd like an earlier version.
